Located in beautiful Mission Beach on a walk street just steps to the ocean! RECENTLY REMODELED – New showers, floors, paint, decor etc! Less than one minute walk to both the beach and the bay. Five minutes to Belmont Park and many restaurants and shops around.
The courtyard is great for socializing, bbq, waving to people passing, and sitting around the fire pit. Sail Bay E. Side: rent kayaks, boats, paddle boarding/ take a more peaceful stroll along the water. Also bonfire sites close by!

Guests must get owner approval to bring pets.
Additional cleaning fee of $100 for approved pets will be required.
Post stay walk through will be assessed to look for bite marks, paw scratches, stains, excess of pet hair/sand in couch/linens/etc.
If additional Cleaning is required or there is any damage – we will charge for repair/replacement with security deposit funds. Please clean up after your pet in all community spaces.
There would be a $100 fine for every 15 min staying past checkout time.

For every lost remote control, we will charge $250 dollars***
Standard cleaning is included in our cleaning fee. Additional fees are as follows: Animals – $75 fee for animal hair/fur/mess | Trashing House – $50 fee if trash is left all over the house. | Smoke – Smoke removal fee of $500 | Moving Furniture – $50 if furniture is moved around and needs to be moved back.
All noise must subside AFTER 9:30pm on weekdays and 10:00pm on weekends. You may be subject to CITY FINE if police are called. If there is a complaint regarding noise from a neighbor, we reserve the right to evict you without refund including your security deposit.
If you smoke, keep it outside and please pick up your butts Peak summer, holidays/holiday weekends, and spring break are 3 night minimums. One night reservations are ok only for same day or next day checkins or filling a gap in the calendar.
Please feel free to use our BBQ as well as the propane. If propane runs out we ask that you refill it. We may or may not have propane upon your arrival as it depends on the guest prior. Owner Insurance: Occupants or guests’ personal property, including vehicles, are not insured by Owner. Owner does not insure against personal injury to occupant/guests. Occupant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless owner from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury to occupant, occupant’s guests or their personal property
