Plush bedding and comfy mattresses in all bedrooms. The master has an eastern king. There are 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and the third bedroom has a King. In the Living Room, there is a large sectional pull out couch and a daybed with trundle which provides 2 additional twin mattresses
All bedrooms have TVs, and the living room has a 60″ so you can watch tv while you eat from the dining room.

Flexible checkin allows our guests to arrive as early as 11:30am when we do not have another guest departing the same day. When another guest is departing same day bag drop is fine but the maid will need time to clean before checkin.
One night reservations are okay only for same day check-ins or filling a gap in the calendar.

**NO DJ or loudspeakers permitted. The first offense will result in eviction. No exceptions*** Neighbors below can be sensitive to noise especially if playing loud music at night.
***Additional cleaning charges for guests that use glitter and confetti*** ***For every lost remote control, we will charge $250 dollars
***All noise must subside AFTER 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends. You may be subject to CITY FINE if police are called. If there is a complaint regarding noise from a neighbor, we reserve the right to evict you without refund including your security deposit.

Due to our vibrant location and proximity to the beach scuffs scratches and stains may exist within the house that are not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest.
Standard cleaning is included in our cleaning fee. Additional fees are as follows: Animal cleaning fee – $75 Trashing House – $50 fee if trash is left all over the house. Smoke – Smoke removal fee $500 Moving Furniture – $100 if furniture is moved and not moved back.
Please feel free to use our BBQ as well as the propane. If propane runs out we ask that you refill it. We may or may not have propane upon your arrival as it depends on the guest prior. It´s guest responsibility to refill propane tanks.
Occupants or guests’ personal property, including vehicles, are not insured by Owner. Owner does not insure against personal injury to occupant/guests. Occupant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless owner from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury to occupant, occupant’s guests or their personal property.
All reservations at this listing fall under California Civil Code 1865 (2017) which gives manager, landlord, and cleaning service (“Inkeeper”) rights to enter the property and remove all guests and belongings after 11am on checkout date.
