Additional cleaning charges for guests that use glitter and confetti*** ***For every lost remote control, we will charge $250 dollars*** Standard cleaning is included in our cleaning fee. Additional fees are as follows: Animals – $75 fee for animal hair/fur/mess | Trashing House – $50 fee if trash is left all over the house. | Smoke – Smoke removal fee of $500 | Moving Furniture – $50 if furniture is moved around and needs to be moved back.
All noise must subside AFTER 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends. You may be subject to CITY FINE if police are called. If there is a complaint regarding noise from a neighbor, we reserve the right to evict you without refund including your security deposit.
If you smoke, keep it outside and please pick up your butts.
Peak summer, holidays/holiday weekends, and spring break are 3 night minimums.
Please feel free to use our BBQ as well as the propane. If propane runs out we ask that you refill it. We may or may not have propane upon your arrival as it depends on the guest prior.
Owner Insurance: Occupants or guests’ personal property, including vehicles, are not insured by Owner. Owner does not insure against personal injury to occupant/guests. Occupant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless owner from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury to occupant, occupant’s guests or their personal property. All reservations at this listing fall under California Civil Code 1865 (2017) which gives manager, landlord, and cleaning service (“Inkeeper”) rights to enter the property and remove all guests and belongings after 11am on checkout date.
By accepting this reservation, all guests agree to all of these provisions.
